Women’s Ministries Committee

Natasha Parker, serves as our Women’s Ministries Director.   Natasha is a graduate of Shaw University where she earned a degree in accounting.  She was working in this field until her husband of thirteen years, Rev. Carl Parker, accepted the call to full time ministry.   Upon this call to ministry, she joined him and together they pastor the New Beginning Restoration Ministries IPHC.  After two years of ministry, they joined the Cornerstone Conference and have been a part of the Cornerstone Conference for six years.

Rhonda Pulley serves as Assistant Director of the WM Committee.  She is the Pastor of Music & Congregational Care at the South Henderson PHC, where she has been a member for more than thirty years.  She has been actively involved in the work of Women’s Ministries in her local church and on the conference level with promotion and support of all facets and emphases of Women’s Ministries.  She also serves as a member of the Deborah’s Daughters Leadership Team of Cornerstone Conference.   [email protected]


Nicole Burns serves as Secretary/Treasurer of the WM Committee. Nicole serves alongside her husband, Chris, to pastor Draper Pentecostal Holiness Church in Eden, NC. She is a graduate of Liberty University with a Bachelor of Science in General Psychology. Nicole ministers to young families of Rockingham County as a Peer Counselor at the Rockingham Pregnancy Care Center. She and Chris have two children. Their son Chris serves as the Media Director at Oak Park Church in Mobile, Alabama and their daughter will graduate from Lee University in Cleveland, Tennessee in May 2020. [email protected]


Brenda Grasty is the former Director of Women’s Ministries in Cornerstone Conference.  She now serves as the Cornerstone Conference WM Missions Trip Coordinator.  She is an ordained minister in the IPHC, and holds a Doctorate of Theology from Christian Leadership Seminary.  She is the Director of Deborah’s Daughters, a ministry to the lady clergy of Cornerstone Conference.  She also serves on the national level as Assistant IPHC Director of Women’s Ministries and is a member of the Board of Directors of Falcon Children’s Home.

Rhonda Lawrence is the Minister of Music at the Stoneville PH Church, where she has been a member for over 28 years.  She has been involved in many areas of ministry at SPHC including Event & Project Coordinating, Youth Ministry, Junior & Teen Talent Coaching, Local Women’s Ministries, and SPHC Music Ministry for over 28 years.  She traveled with her parents on the evangelistic field until getting married.   [email protected]


Tracy Boone is a licensed Minister with the IPHC and is actively involved in Deborah’s Daughters.  She is also on the Cornerstone WM Missions Team under the leadership of Dr. Brenda Grasty.  Tracy actively serves alongside of her Pastor Rachel Floyd at Times of Refreshing Ministries in Asheville, NC, as her Administrative Assistant and helping with the Kingdom vision.  [email protected]
