The Department of Clergy Development exists to assist ministers to live out the design God has for them. We envision several steps to help pastors achieve this goal:
Completing the credentialing process as the foundation
Discovering and developing the pastor’s gifts and skills
Encouraging pastors to maintain godly character
Assisting pastors to finish well
